Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, setting technical goals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, controlling costs, and allocating resources efficiently to achieve organizational objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans for facility improvement, energy efficiency, and technological upgrades.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, and oversee inspections and audits to maintain a secure and compliant facility.
