In This Role, You Will:

• Lead engineering and maintenance teams focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
• Spearhead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and modernization efforts
• Partner with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions and future investments
• Build systems, processes, and teams that create long-term business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• MBA or Master's in Engineering Management preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within engineering and maintenance functions.
• 5+ years of experience within printing and converting manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma
• Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
• Reliability Engineering
• Automation and Equipment Optimization
• Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
• Capital Project Management
• Budget Management and Team Leadership
• Experience in the paper, packaging, or flexographic printing industry preferred
