We are a growing digital marketing agency located in Akron seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our team. As a Junior Web Designer you will be responsible for designing and developing website layouts, graphics and user interfaces for our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion for web design and development. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and requirements Design visually appealing website layouts using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Develop user-friendly interfaces for websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript Optimize website designs for maximum speed SEO and responsiveness on all devices Continuously research best practices and trends in web design to stay updated on new techniques and technologies Participate in meetings to present design concepts and receive feedback from clients Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Basic knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Excellent communication skills Passion for staying updated on current web design trends Salary Starting salary of $900 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
