Role: On-site retail banking associate responsible for delivering quality customer service and processing financial transactions. Responsibilities Handle daily cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining cash control and security standards. Process miscellaneous transactions such as bonds, municipal coupons, and money orders. Assist with ATM balancing, processing entries, and verifying deposits in depositories. Support vault duties and ensure compliance with operational policies and regulations. Provide excellent client service by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs. Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to appropriate teams. Attend training to enhance product knowledge and improve client interactions. Adhere to risk management, internal controls, and ethical standards. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, coin counter, and basic office equipment. Strong customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance awareness required.
