Job Description Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Order Puller/Selector to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston . The Bilingual Order Puller/Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting orders, preparing products for shipment, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, bonuses, and more. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening before starting. Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Responsibilities: Pull, select, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Use an electric pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details before shipment Build, wrap, and stage pallets for delivery or distribution Load and unload products as needed Check products for damages, discrepancies, or quality concerns Assist with inventory counts and product organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish Other duties as assigned Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Skills and Abilities: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work successfully as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and meet daily productivity goals Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Education and Experience: Previous warehouse, order pulling, order selecting, logistics, or distribution experience is required Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack is required Previous experience building and staging pallets is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
